Eva is specialised in massage for postural problems, back and neck tension, occupational and sport related injuries, and relaxation.

Eva completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy (including Swedish and Sports massage) in 2003 and a Certificate of Traditional Thai massage (2006) and Japanese Massage (2003). She enjoys treating people with sports and occupational injuries.
Eva has been practicing martial arts for 14 years and has experienced several sports injuries over the years that have made her appreciate the importance of fitness and rehabilitation.

Types of massage therapy available

Remedial/Therapeutic massage

Sessions are personalised, specific to injuries, pain and age. Remedial therapeutic massage is efficient for alleviating back and neck pain due to postural stress, sleeping disorders or poor circulation.
This type of massage can also be an important component of rehabilitation for injuries, arthritis, spinal conditions and arthritis.

Sports massage

Sports massage is designed to help athletes prepare their body for optimal performance, recovery after events and for efficient function during training sessions. N.B. Sports massage is not just for professional athletes. Anyone who exercises regularly can benefit from sports massage to alleviate stiff joints, muscle soreness and sports injuries.

Swedish massage

Swedish massage is a full body relaxation massage. This relaxing massage helps alleviate muscle pain due to emotional and physical stress, increases oxygen flow in the body, helps to remove toxins and stimulates the lymphatic and immune systems.
